hi guys,

Do you already have a solution for the Cyanogen Debugging attach bug ?
It really doesnt work.

I am currently testing if RemObjects C# would work for our department.
For me this bug could be a “showstopper”.

I believe this was fixed a while ago, unless i’m getting the issues mixed up. What build are you on?

Version is 7.2.77.1621

I did some further testing
I have no problems with the

  • Nexus 7 (2012) with Stock android 4.4.4 and
  • Nexus 7 (2013) with Cyanogenmod 11.0-InstallerXNPQ240 (android 4.4.2)

On the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Cyangenmod 11.0-InstallerXNPQ32P
(android 4.4.4) debugging doesnt seem to work.
I never had problems using Eclipse.

It doesnt seem to be related to the cyanogenmod version :
Nexus 7 (2013) With Cyanogenmod 11.0-InstallerXNPQ29S (android 4.4.4) works
Nexus 7 (2013) With Cyanogenmod 11.0-InstallerXNPQ32P (android 4.4.4) works

hrmm oke this is going to make things a bit tricky. None of us have that particular model, we do have a Nexus 7 (both old and new) but as you said it doesn’t reproduce on that.

However, to start do you get any output at all in Debug output, if so what?
Whats the fail message in the IDE itself?
Would you be willing to run a test build with extra logging?
