Extreme slowness in the editor and memory loss (reproducible)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Load the project.
  2. Place the cursor on the line 1967.
  3. Build Solution.
  4. Insert several lines of character ‘i’ from line 1967. The introduction or deletion of the text in the editor is getting slower time. Memory up considerably. Navigation on the editor becomes very slow.

This problem occurs in both Elements versions: 8.1 and 8.2.

We still have problems with speed. On many occasions we have to restart Visual Studio to continue working normally, especially when there are many errors in the editor.
Were you able to reproduce this problem?

I can confirm. Have same problem. Check VS memory usage. For me it grows to 2GB and more. Sometimes letters appear one by one with period 3-4 sec. I mean, when I write: if (something == 0) , it take 30-40 sec. delay to see it. Only restarting VS helps.
