IDE wizards not present - DA for Delphi v7.0.65.1067

I’m using Delphi 2007 and installing DataAbstract for Delphi version 7.0.65.1067. It seems that the IDE package, although it says it was installed successfully, the wizards for DataAbstract are not present in the IDE.
Is there any issues in this version with Delphi 2007?

this build of DataAbstract (7.0.65.1067) has no D7/D2007 wizard support.

In later builds of DAD, this support was reverted.
