Output window can't print Android Logcat content

Environment:
Win10 + VS2015 + Elements 8.2.88.1825 + VS Android Emulator 4.4

Description:
Debugger/LogCat all works fine, but Output window is stuck. This issue is not existed on Elements 8.1.85.1801.

I’m pretty sure that keeping the android device monitor open will break stuff from working. Make sure that’s not open while trying anything.

Yes I’ve also found the side effect of Android Monitor after this post.
But even when it’s ensured there’s only VS+emulator running, the issue can still be reproduced:

I’m pretty sure there’s no other android dev tools running in background at the same time.
