Hi Guys
We are currently facing a problem with IE9 users. Whenever a IE9 user loads our application, he only receives a blank screen. We were to tackle down the issue to the fact, that RemObejcts wrongfully assumes he is dealing with a IE10 client when he is not.

Is this a known issue - otherwise we would be greatful to have this issue fixed as soon as possible now, all our IE9 customers are unable to use our E-Learning platform
While we investigate the case please contact us via support@ and provide you username and which platform youโre using for the server (i.e. need update for). This will allow us to provide you the fixed build immediately it become available.
