Are there any plans to make Rest Servers an easy option in RemotingSDK?
OData, found in DataAbtract, is unpopular, overly complex and is XML based.

Is all the development effort now going into Elements?

Should I consider RemotingSDK a mature product that will get little attention in the future?

You can create Rest server using HttpAPI. it generates json output.
