Data Abstract Project Templates

I have installed the Elements/Water trial, and then the Data Abstract trial. Should I be seeing Data Abstract templates when starting a new project?

I want to create a custom .NET DA server.

Water currently has no project templates for custom DA Server yet, no. You can create one in VS and then load it in Water, though.
