Elements and Water Error in 10.0.0.2453

I’ve just installed the version .2453 (tried to reinstall) but after running Water I get error :

In VS 2019 I get error :

Error		(MSB4018) The "MSBuildTask" task failed unexpectedly.

Can you please verify the release and confirm the problem.

I"ve pulled the build, thanx for letting us know.

My apologizes, I made some changes in how Delegates work and it causes issues when linking to two slightly different versions of EBuild. Working on a fix now, as it shouldn’t link to two versions of EBuild at all.
