Seems the latest stable (2331) and preview (2335) builds of elements, build tasks, don’t handle the app.config files correctly, Instead of producing (project).config in the dest folder it just copies the app.config, also if the app.config happens to be readonly, ie when it’s come from TFS, subsequent builds fail with error, unable to delete app.config in the dest folder
