Empty DA schema generates invalid stronlgy typed field units

We have a dataform with an empty TDASchema
We only have RODL functions in the interface.

The code that gets generated does not build:

pls remove type line here.

another workaround - remove RBSchemaClient_Intf.pas at all because it is useless if doesn’t contain any type
