Hi there,
it is no fun working in HTML-Editor anymore. It takes seconds typing and changing Markup in there.
Typing Javascript in there takes ages. After each character I typed by keyboard it takes one minute of “thinking” before I can type the next character.
Have to use Notepad+ instead.

It is an asp.net 4.0 project.
Put a couple of items on a webform (repeater, formview etc.)
open the Markup in editor of VS and try to correct or to add something there, e.g.:

Going up/down left/right with arrow keys takes ages. Have to use Notepad+ instead.

Unfortunately problem is not solved. A bit better, but there is still a massive delay between typing and sth.happening in HTML editor.
Unfortunately no change, watch video in posts before. Cannot work properly. It is a pain in the lower back end working with Oxygene with such editor delays.

Unfortunately it is not.
Would this prob disappear if I would switch to VS 2017, or do you not recommend using VS 2017 in such an early state?

It is so slooooow. Switching from one tab to another in editor window takes more than 2 minutes until content of selected tab is shown in editor window. This happens with both, HTML-Editor view and Source code view.
Do you use quantum computers for testing? With my High-End Gamer-Laptop, Oxygen in combination with VS2015 would loose every snail race. It is no fun pressing a button on the keyboard and see that for half a minute editor is frozen until the pressed character appears.
Its very disappointing and impossible to work seriously with current Oxygene-Version (9.1.100.2113 Beta)
