Visual Studio 2019 Programmer/Business Analyst

NYC based ad agency seeks a freelance professional programmer developer fluent in Visual Studio 2019 with experience independently designing and implementing business management and / or media buying software.

Must have 5+ years of programmer/analyst experience with

· Must be able to write code and update systems in C++

· Ability to work with RemObjects Elements, DevExpress Reporting and [MS.net](http://MS.net) framework

· Ability to prepare scripts to create and modify existing PSQL tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.

· Ability to develop complex systems solutions through end user discussions

· Project Management experience and ad agency experience preferred

When using Remobjects Elements on .NET platform, how do you circumvent the problem that WinForm designer or WPF XML designer cannot be used with Oxygene on .NET 5 and above?
