License issue

Hi

Should a local license for Oxygene be permanent even if the subscription period has expired? I’m using v10.0.0.2485 that is the latest stable release since February. I thought that I can use it all the time but today I see a message that I’m on trial license now (2 days left, on another machine 12 days). Is this correct? I know that I have no access to new releases but should be able to use the current stable Oxygene installation.
We are in a process of renewing a license for me so I would be grateful for speeding up the license assignment process (from admin to user).

As of Elements 10, all builds require an active subscription.
