Newsletter SPAM after software download

I find it highly inappropriate to

  • receive a daily newsletter after downloading a trial software
  • that daily newsletter has a broken unsubscribe link (valid email addresses containing an + don’t work)
  • emails sent to the support email address (asking for unssubscribe) go to /dev/nul

our apologies for the inconvenience, seems your mail got lost in our filters somehow.

Yes there does seem to be an issue with emails with + in them, my colleague will unsubscribe you directly and fix the mail to actually unsubscribe properly. Once again, sorry.
