Redownloading license fails

Hi,
It says “license file expired may 20th. Please redownload”

I hit the re-download license and I see this in the logs

" the request timed out SErrorFailingURLStringKey=https://www.remobjects.com/portal/licenses.ashx?

The rest looks like stuff I shouldnt share.

we had some server performance issues yesterday. does this issue still persist for you? does downloading the license file from the website manually work?

I was able to manually download the license file.
