Tutorial for methods http web api in RODL?

Where can i find a tutorial to do http api web methods mixed with normal methods in DataService_Imp.cs? i did a method in the RODL but i get:

" 500 Dispatcher not found for "MetodoWeb"

Did you add Http API Dispatcher to your server?
