Unable to add Oxygene class library into another application

Hi Team,

Here I attached zip file of my project where rem-object version is (RemObjects Elements with Water - 10.0.0.2521) with this version,
I am getting below error.
CSC : error CS0006: Metadata file ‘*************\Local\RemObjects Software\EBuild\Obj\OxygeneLibrary-40AA7DD787FA95A57C48E719646ECC67B76A64BF\Release\Echoes\OxygeneLibrary.dll’ could not be found.
If I try to build the same project in rem-object with older version (RemObjects Elements with Water - 10.0.0.2485) it will work without any errors.
