Might be a case sensitivity issue on S3. Your account name has an uppercase J, do you log in with uppercase or lowercase? The login is case in-sensitive, and the website most likely things your login name is whatever you typed, but the folder name on S3 matches your login name. Can you try logging out and back in with uppercase J?
I"ll fix this later and make it case insensitive/force lowercase for the S3 access, but I can’t do this right now…
