Exception launching RO Service builder

I have just installed the latest RO on Windows 7 32 bit and when I launch teh editor I get:

ServiceBuilder: ROServiceBuilder.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point @Uroencryption@initialization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library ROServiceBuilder70.bpl.

I then get

There was a problem loading the “ROSBJSONRPC.dll” plugin. Maybe you are using an outdated version?

ServiceBuilder will rename the module to prevent it from loading again.

The original error was:
(EHYException) Cannot load module C:\Program Files\RemObjects Software\RemObjects SDK (Common)\Bin\ROSBJSONRPC.dll. Code: 127.
The specified procedure could not be found

Any ideas?

I have suspicion that some files could be loaded when you installed RO.
Can you remove “…\RemObjects Software\RemObjects SDK (Common)\Bin” folder and reinstall RO, pls?
