does the full version of Hydra work together with Delphi XE7 Starter Edition, or is at least a Professional Edition required ?

Hydra will work with any version of Delphi that allows to compile and install custom packages.
Pro version is fully supported.
Starter version doesn’t have cmd-line compiler so manual installing is required.
Where can i find a description how to install manually
