We will have a new beta build today, yes.
Will it fix the VS2015 issue — not sure yet. Please keep in mind that VS2015 itself is still in beta. The latest CTP changed things drastically, and we need to to adjust for that. I cannot say that will be done today (more likely than not, it won’t).
You should not be relying on VS2015 (or our betas) for production work, the betas (ours and Microsoft’s) are provided to let you have a glimpse at what is coming.
ps: the Elements Beta forum would be the most appropriate place to discuss the beta, not Non-Tech.
