[68497 Open] Debugger Timeout

I frequently get “Timeout waiting for debugger to respond” messages. I have two projects in my solution. First is a windows console web server. That works fine. The other project is a cocoa OSX application. After a successful build, the error message pops up. Then I just shut everything down and restart Visual Studio/Oxygene and it usually works. If I stop the programs, do some editing, rebuild and run again I will get the error again. Repeat the process-shut it all down, restart.

I’m running the latest Oxygene and OSX 10.9.3. I don’t know where to begin to make it work regularly.

I’ve seen this too (but not as often as you seem to). In my experience you don’t need to shut down VS. Restarting Crossbox seems enough.

Thanks, Steve. Your solution is faster than what I was doing. Of course, is is only a stopgap measure but at least it works.

This should have been fixed ages ago (can’t reproduce anymore)
