After uninstalling the trial version of the DA for Delphi, vs2010 & vs2008 crash upon startup

Could you please fix your uninstall process such that it removes completely all the remobjects .net components?

Last night I uninstalled the trial version of the DA for Delphi and to my dismay this morning VS2010 & VS2008 crashed upon startup. After a bit of investigation it turns out that VS2010 was still trying to load some remobjects add-in. I removed manually the remaining remobjects dlls from the GAC, then I deleted the C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software folder. Finally VS2010 prompted me that it couldn’t load the some remobjects dll and I had the option to tell it not to reload it. No crash after that.

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce this problem on clean Win7 machine. Can you send us information about OS version you are using?

I am using Windows 7 64 bit as a Parallels VM:

As I said, the uninstall process left some remobjects library dlls around.
