ASP.NET Core Application

Hi,
Are you planning to add a ASP.NET Core Application template ?
If not, Is there a way to apply changes to a .NET Core console app or to an ASP.NET Web app in order to run a ASP.NET Core app ?
I am using VS2017 and tried to convert a simple Visual C# ASP.NET Core app but I have issues with how to add the Microsoft packages.

my apologies for the delayed reply.

Yes, we are planning on ASP.NET Core support in the near future. right now, we’re putting finishing touches on regular .NET Core support, ASP.NET is next. I’m afraid I cannot give an exact timeline promise at this point.
