Since some time (an update to the bug portal), I can’t see the details of a bug: when clicking on the link a page opens with:
Could not load issue:
Followed by JSON data with, I suppose, the result of the call to a web service.

Perhaps it’s related to the user account…
Ah yes. it’s not so much that this doesn’t work — everything was shown as expected — but that it also falsely displayed the error message below it, if the user was not an employee (an “else” clause attached to the wrong “if” ;). Fixed now, so the Json and the wrong “could not load issue” messages ar not gone.
