Build Error New Android Project

Hello,

I installed the trial Version of Elements in my Visual Studio 2015. After creating a new Andriod Project I hit build and I quits with a Build Error but the errorlist contains 0 Errors and 0 Warnings. I dont know how to find the problem since I have no further information.

I already reinstalled the newest Andriod SDK version. I cannot run the Android SDK manager or Virtual Device Manager from VS but it works from Android Studio so maybe that is related to the build problem.

Building an Universal Windows App worked without problems.

Any help is appreciated.

can you check the Build Log in the Output pane? any details there?

Sorry I didnt know the output was in another window, but now it seems obvious.

Seems the problem is that com.android.sdklib.build.ApkBuilderMain cannot be found. I found this Post that seems to be related but cannot figure out a solution.

Do you need the whole output?

ah. i believe this is a breaking change in the lastest android tool chain, that we fixed for the upcoming release. do you have an account on remobjects.com? i’d like to send you a newer build that has this fixed. thanx!
