Can editor fonts be changed?

I like to use the Source Code Pro font with a bigger setting to read better source code. Is this something which can be changed somewhere? Even making the default font a bit bigger would help.

I’m afraid at this point, the font is not configurable.

We’ll be looking at exposing that as an official option in the future (probably post “1.0”). In the mean time, the next build will read the CodeEditorFont key from Fire’s preferences .plist to allow you overriding the font name, but note that this will (for now) be unsupported and untested (and probably go bad, if you, say, provide a non-mono-spaced font ;). That said, i’d love hear feedback if you run into any problems with using this setting with an appropriate font.

Did you mean preferences.plist ? Where is that located ?

~/Application Support/Preferences

Sorry for re-opening an old discussion, but I’m still unable to change Fire’s default font editor. I’ve been searching for preferences.plist file in ~/Application Support/Preferences/ but the Preferences isn’t even within the folder. More detail information is needed.

I’d like to use FiraCode font in Fire so I could use its nice ligature, especially for Silver. By the way… Fire does support font ligature, right?

Thank you.
