Can not save designer

Scenario:
A form defined in a VB.Net DLL + components defined in the same DLL
An Oxygene Winform inherited from the baseform defined in the DLL.
Put a standard .Net control on the inherited form - save, no problem.
Put a component defined in the DLL on the inherited form - looks good.
Then save the form:

All the VB code is proven code, operational at several customers.

Problem in both VS2015 and VS2017

Is there an estimation on this fix?
Because this bug is blocking all my use of Oxygene at this moment.
