Can't activate installation

I’m trying to activate my license on a new VM with Delphi Tokyo.

When I enter my credentials it immediately responds with “Login failed. Try again?”.

I have downloaded my license file and imported that, but when I try to do anything it asks for my license details again.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Try to use C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\Everwood\Bin\RemObjects.Everwood.LicenseManager.exe.

will it download your license w/o issues?
