Can't compile Android Library

Created a library from template but couldn’t compile it with Fire .2727 (didn’t make any changes). Screenshot and test project attached.

Curious; I’ll have a look. AFAIK a library should not need a manifest, so this sounds like a bug; possibly a regression from the recent updates to the Android tool chain.

Ah yes: template bug: Please set the “Generateb.apk” project setting to “False”/“No”. Will fix the template for vNext.
