What steps do I take to remove every trace of a previous Fire IDE install and license files ?
Do you have a utility to cleanup after deletion of application?

Select Fire.app, hit Delete. Like any other Mac app. License files and other settings are are in ~/Library/Application Support/RemObjects Software
.
I have deleted Fire as instructed and then re-installed, pulled down license files from RO account but new Oxygene projects are showing a status of “trial expired”.
In Dot.net I also get a message “No up-to date license was found”, but when logging into the matching account there is an in-date license for Elements.
This looks looks like a license problem on the account.
It does, yes. I’ll follow up in the private thread.
This is curious, your account looks all good, but indeed your license file does not include your Elements license, only RO/DA. It’s not a bad download either, i logged into the website with your account and i get the same file, w/ Elements license.
I’ll need to debug and fix this server side; i’ll try to get that sorted today. In the mean time, i’ve sent you a “trial” extension license to tide you over?
my apologies for the inconvenience.
Fixed.
