Choose Theme in Water?

In Water preferences, the option: „Editor → Theme“ is grayed-out here,
so I can‘t change from default „White“ theme.

Yeah, i’m afraid Water doesnt support theming yet. (in theory, the editor does, but the rest of the IDE does not).
