Community license for RTL2

I think it ran out, because Im trying to open RTL2.sln and getting

Project license file for Hydrogene for .NET expired January 25, 2018. Please contact the author or get your own license.

Didn’t I fix that last week? I’ll check.

Looks like that wasn’t RTL2 I fixed last week bot something else. Fixed now.
