Delphi 11 problems on install

I don’t have the detail right now because uninstall waiting for a new install with the problem solved, but are a lot, based on previous version and the messages raised for the ide at start.

can you check C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\Build\dataabstract_log.html - it should contain actual error why this happens

Hi,

as a quick workaround, I can suggest to uncheck Win64 platform in installer and relaunch “C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\Build\install_DA.cmd”

Can you show content of RemObjects_user.inc ?
it seems by some reasons, USE_NATIVE_ZLIB define was undefined…

I have version 9 and delphi 10.4 on the same machine and was uninstalled before the install. Any indication to full remove previous version?

Hi,

if you installed only DA v9, you can remove whole C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software folder.

if you have other our products installed then remove

C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\RemObjects SDK for Delphi
C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\Data Abstract for Delphi

After cleaning paths, removing folders and reboot, that works ok
