I was looking at the elements versions page and it seems like EBuild has been pushed back.
I was really looking forward to this, so I was wondering when we might be seeing 10.x builds ?

pushed back? no. ebuild is still on the agenda for v10. as far as ebuild goes, everything we have is in the current 9.2 beta drops. in general, we’ll probably start pushing out v10 alphas sometime next month, but that will mainly affect the core compiler and new features theee; using v10 vs 9.2 should not affect your use of ebuild beta.
i’ll also hopefully get back to driving ebuild froward more "comittedly”, soon (admittedly, it has not progress much in the past couple months, as other stuff has commanded my attention). what parts in particular are you missing/looking forward to?
on an unrelated note, checked your Personal Downloads folder in the past 24h? 
It looked like when just using mono the assembly resolution was pulling in .net standard assemblies by mistake.
I would also like to be able to run .net core console apps.
