Looks like you have outdated openssl libraries (libeay32.dll & ssleay32.dll).
you can download them at https://indy.fulgan.com/SSL/ or from other sites

Can please explain which files to which folders need to be copied? Im fighting with that error. Download ddl , copy to windows system and still remains.

looks like you have something outdated libraries in %path%. you can check what libraries are used with Process Explorer
