Error creating a DA project in VS2012

When I try to create a Data Abstract project in VS2012 I get an error: (HRESULT 0x80030002) STG_E_FILENOTFOUND

Please send an additional information: what DataAbstract build you are using, information about VS2012? Also please send instruction how the problem can be reproduced.
