I’m afraid that is not currently supported, no… In Fire, you van open to separate/independent Windows for the entire solution, but that feature is not ported to Water yet, sorry.

I don’t have a timeline for this, sorry. it’s not currently something that’s on the roadmap, but I’ll log it for consideration.
