I’m trying to run Relativity server under http.sys.
I’ve installed IIS and run Relativity as administrator.
I’ve added full control rights on Relativity server for network and network service.
In the admin module of relativity server I have changed the server channel type to httpsys and added a binding to host MyTest and Port 7099.
When I go to the browser and try http://localhost/MyTest I get a http 404 error from IIS.
When I look at the log of Relativity server I have 2 error messages.
Exception in the Custom ServerChannel: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Exception in the Default ServerChannel: Certificate not set. Either set the certificate directly or provide its file name or thumbprint
I’ll log an issue to hide it as it is not relevant. Relativity has 2 default channels - one working over http and one working over https. Obviously if the SSL certificate is not provided then the latter one cannot be started.
I’ll log an issue to hide this exception message as it is really not an error.
As for the Exception in the Custom ServerChannel: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - this is a bug. We’ll try to provide a fix for this in the next Beta.
If needed send a mail to support@ with your account name on the RemObjects site so we’ll be able to provide you the fixed Relativity Server build. Or you can wait for the next Beta build - it will contain the fixes as well.
