HTTPSpy, shortcut installed but not app

Hi,
when installing the Remoting SDK 10.0.0.1481, i noticed in my start menu a shortcut for httpspy.
Unfortunately, the shortcut does not point to an an app at all.
It seems that the installer did not include the httpspy app.
