Hydra 5 Trial After Hydra 4 Purchase?

We previously purchased Hydra 4 and now would like to evaluate Hydra 5. However, after installing the Hydra 5 trial and logging in with the Visual Studio prompt, I get a message stating, “You installed a new version of Hydra, but no up-to-date license was found that covers this new version.” How can I evaluate Hydra 5? Thanks.
