What version of .Net Framework does Hydra 6.3 support.
Latest Hydra - 6.3.0.1259 — Tue, Oct 27, 2020

Does it support .Net 4.8 ?

Does it support Delphi 10.4 up?

Yes, sure. Hydra support Delphi up to the version 10.4.1

Yes. All .NET 4.x versions are installed as in-place updates, so Hydra will use the .NET version you have installed.
