Is there any credible way to sell TStringList from Delphi 2007 to NonVisualPlugin created in Delpi RIO?

Unfortunately not; of you’re mixing Delphi versions, each plugin/host has its own copy of the VCL, and the types will not be compatible. The only way would be to marshal it across as a custom interface or by converting it to, say, a concatenated String and then converting it back…
