The Preview channel is usually very stable, I guess RO just doesn’t update the stable version as often as they could.

I have been using the Preview channel for my software for quite a while and usually without any issues.

Yes, for Remoting SDK, Data Abstract, and Hydra, we typically publish to Preview first, and then, once all is well, the same build (or a tweaked one) will eventually be promoted to Stable a week or two later. That is the current plan for .1617. It should be solid for use.

For Elements, as we ship much more often, we usually put new stuff on Preview, and and then when (if there were no major issues) we have a build that doesn;t have anything too risky, that one goes straight to to Stable (like this week’s 3019, which mainly wrapped up bigger changes changes and tweaks from the orevioius few weeks).

Personally, I think the latest Preview (of all products) is almost always safe to use, it’s what I use (if not even a daily/hourly ;).

Also, GitBrowser is still on the not-often-used “Experimental” channel, but anyone who’s working on a Mac should really check it out and give feedback. :folded_hands:
