Internal Error E0 with Island/C#, with RELEASE Config

Element Build 2479, dated Jan 31, 2020. Island/C#/Windows

This testing project, when performing RELEASE build, will give Internal Error E0.

error E0: Internal error: System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. —> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

1>Done building project “TensorFlow.Island.Tests.elements” – FAILED.
