Visual Studio 2019 Programmer/Business Analyst
NYC based ad agency seeks a freelance professional programmer developer fluent in Visual Studio 2019 with experience independently designing and implementing business management and / or media buying software.
Must have 5+ years of programmer/analyst experience with
· Must be able to write code and update systems in C++
· Ability to work with RemObjects Elements, DevExpress Reporting and MS.net framework
· Ability to prepare scripts to create and modify existing PSQL tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
· Ability to develop complex systems solutions through end user discussions
· Project Management experience and ad agency experience preferred
