License Confusion

Hello…

I have requested an extension to my trial license for “Elements”, which appear to have expired in 11/2022.

Now that I am looking at converting over to C# (first) and then to Linux (hopefully) for development of my very large project, I am interested in reviewing the 13.x versions of RemObjects’ IDEs under the “Elements” umbrella.

However, looking at my licenses in my RemObjects’ account, it is showing that my C# and VB.NET IDEs have licenses that will not expire to August 2027.

Can someone please explain why the licenses listed have an expiry data of next year?

I can’t find nm account with your name, or the email you used here. If you send me your username (her eor in private), i can have a look.

Meanwhile, in Fire or Water, you can go to Your Licenses, which will look something like this:

And if you choose the last option in the menu, you’ll see all your license files (real and trial extensions), and you can expect the dates in them, if needed.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I received a new trial-extension license but did not realize that my email requesting it had the reply in your forums.

I have activated Water successfully and am testing it now.

As a result, we can close my topic in the forums.

I see two separate threads from you. This one here is public; the other one where my colleague sent you the trial extension is private :wink:
