"Manage NuGet Packages" disabled in VS 2017

"Manage NuGet Packages" now seems to be disabled for Oxygene projects in VS 2017 after installing latest release, as above
Is this right, if so, any ETA for it’s return

My apologies for the delay; i’llhave someone form the VS team get back to you first thing tomorrow. It may well be that this just isn;t functional for VS2017 yet, or it might be a bug — i’m not sure, myself, as that’s not my area.

My sincerest apologies; ill make sure someone gets back to you first thing in the morning. That said, most likely this is expected (as mentioned, VS2017 support is still experimental). I suggest to use VS2015 for now.
