Manage references for Linux Target

Hi
I created a multi target library. If you select the linux target and do manage references nothing happens.

The dialog pops up for other targets.

I see this in activity

Uncaught Exception in menu handler : Null Reference Exception for expression: aLocalSDKs

Repro’d; same happens for plain Linux project. very strange.
