Namespace is not correct for C++Builder _Intf files with latest versions

Hello,

I have noticed that at least since 1579 the namespace used for the _Intf files generated for C++Builder is not correct. It uses the Name of the Library instead.

The namespace used for C# for instance is correct.

I have tried with 1579 and 1581.
